Unpainted rail bus trailer including axle, coupling mount and mounting accessories
From the experience gained, the VT 95 was developed, which was delivered from 1952 by Waggonfabrik Uerdingen in cooperation with MAN. 557 single-engine motor vehicles from the VT 95 series and 564 associated VB 142 trailer cars with an axle base of 4.5 meters were built. The latter were supplied by various manufacturers. Waggonfabrik Fuchs from Heidelberg also supplied a total of 60 single-axle trailers from the VB 141 series for transporting bicycles and luggage. Our accessories are manufactured on one of the most modern printers using the stereolithography process (SLA). Here, a light-curing plastic (resin) is cured by a laser in thin layers (standard layer thickness in the range 0.05-0.025 mm) and a very detailed model is created.
After the uncured resin has drained off, the model is removed from the platform, washed and fully cured in a cabinet under UV light. The accessories can be processed and painted with standard tools and colors.
