Small series Fertigmodell
Spur N model of a Hartra roller from the 1960s. The roller was with its 5 meters length and 3 meters height one of the larger types. The roller was filled with water before rolling and subsequently emptied again.
The highly detailed parts are made of resin in the 3D printing process and are delivered unpainted. The accessories can be processed and painted with standard tools and colors (eg with Revell Email or Revell Aqua Color).
Our accessories are manufactured on one of the most modern stereolithography (SLA) printers. Here, a light-curing plastic (resin) is cured by a laser in thin layers (standard layer thickness in the range 0.05-0.025 mm) and a very detailed model is created.
After the uncured resin has drained off, the model is removed from the platform, washed and fully cured in a cabinet under UV light. The accessories can be processed and painted with standard tools and colors.
