About the original: The third generation Ford Escort was produced in September 1980. Soon the escort was a best seller and received the Car of the Year award in 1981.

This RAILNSCALE product was manufactured by DM-Toys in Germany in the usual RAILNSCALE quality.

The highly detailed parts are made of plastic using a 3D printing process and are delivered unpainted. The kits can be processed and painted with commercially available tools and colors (e.g. with Revell Email or Revell Aqua Color). The best results are achieved with a primer before painting.
