Flaring is the burning of flammable gases by means of a gas flare, a long pipe that carries the flare head, a burner with an ignition device, at the top. Flaring is predominantly used in oil and gas production systems and to a lesser extent in oil refineries, chemical plants and filled landfills. There is also a matching oil source valve MU_N-A00606.
The highly detailed, unpainted model was produced using the 3D printing process and can be processed and painted with commercially available tools and colors (e.g. with Revell Email or Revell Aqua Color). The flame on the diorama picture (not included!) Was formed from a Q-tip and carefully colored.
Our accessories are manufactured on one of the most modern printers using the stereolithography process (SLA). Here, a light-curing plastic (resin) is cured by a laser in thin layers (standard layer thickness in the range 0.05-0.025 mm) and a very detailed model is created.
After the uncured resin has drained off, the model is removed from the platform, washed and fully cured in a cabinet under UV light. The accessories can be processed and painted with standard tools and colors.
