Pay and display machines have replaced the original parking machines and can now be found in all paid parking areas across the country. Their use has increased as they serve a larger area and multiple plazas, making installation, maintenance and replacement faster and easier than their predecessors. They can be found in street parking lots and parking garages, but also in older parking garages and shopping malls.
