PROTOTYPE
Every station is required to sell tickets and as part of British Rail's modernization plans this became easier with the introduction of 'QuickFare' ticket machines in 1989. These machines were designed in such a way that passengers could issue their tickets themselves without the need for an employee to be present. They were especially useful at quiet or unoccupied train stations. In the meantime, these machines have been gradually replaced by more modern devices.
MODEL
This pack contains two photopolymer resin ticket machines. They are already painted and can be used directly from the pack on the layout.
