Digital communication has long since moved into the nursery and does not stop at the model railroad either. Anyone who buys a model train starter set today is therefore faced with the decision: should the trains be controlled analog or digital? Two terms about the meaning of which there is a great deal of ignorance.
We want to introduce you to the topic of digital control in a colloquial manner, explain technical terms and what is behind them and help you with the installation and troubleshooting. A subject index should also help you if you want to look something up quickly.
