For the mTc14 interface
For optional operation with conventional DC control systems, digital systems according to SelectRix 1 and 2, or NMRA standard (DCC). Switching between analog and digital operation is automatic. In digital mode, the last programmed system is used (it does not switch automatically!).
- SelecTRIX 1 31 speed steps, 100 addresses
- SelecTRIX 2 127 speed steps, 10,000 addresses, 16 additional functions
- DCC Short addresses (1-127), long addresses (0001-9999), with 14, 28, 126 speed steps
- Latest generation load control, resulting in particularly smooth control behavior
- Various control options for optimal adaptation to the engine
- Internally 127 speed levels
- Adjustable motor frequency (low frequency, 16 kHz, 32 kHz)
- Block section operation with simple diodes in digital operation
- Light and function outputs dimmable and analogously activatable
- Shunting
- Motor, light and track connections electronically interchangeable
- All function outputs are freely programmable
- Temperature protection
- Reset function for DCC and SX2
- Decoder update capability
The update (the firmware download from the internet is free) is possible with the decoder installed on the track (no need to open the vehicle) and is carried out either via the FCC digital control unit, the programmer, or, if no suitable hardware is available, by means of an update programmer, which the company Doehler Haass provides on loan upon request.
The DH14 vehicle decoder supports braking with asymmetric digital voltage (four diodes in series and one diode antiparallel) and bidirectional communication (locomotive address feedback in DCC operation, RailCom®).
